Pre Dispatch Inspection

Our manufacturing process comprises of a meticulous process of scrutinizing each Caravan/Camper as it passes through the various production stages. Every stage demands full inspection & approval by the Site Manager.

The process ends with a full Pre Dispatch inspection and it is carried out by industry specialists. Our PDI inspectors are counted amongst the most experienced Caravan/Camper builders in Chennai. They have spent years with Caravan/Camper operators, understanding the dos and fonts of keeping a Caravan/Camper fleet on the road. They perform the Pre Dispatch Inspection before the customer reaches for pick up and if they find any flaws, it is fixed before delivery is made to prevent customers from any hassles.

Quality Check

Shower Test

At our manufacturing facility it is mandatory for all Caravan/Camper to undergo the shower test. During the shower test water is pumped at a high speed from a steel structure created out of channels and angles installed on top of the Caravan/Camper.

The heavy downpour like condition helps in detecting any leak points and sealing them before delivery to the customers. The whole purpose of the shower test is to correct any defects in the Caravan/Camper body and prevent the customers from the hassle of acquiring a flawed product.

Road Test

Testing the performance of the Caravan/Camper is a crucial part of our operations. Once the Caravan/Camper is ready, we conduct a road test to ensure that it lives up to its expectations, following which it is granted the certificate of approval for on being rolled out on the roads. In order to make the test more challenging and arduous we assign difficult routes to the Caravan/Camper. The routes are either laid out with obstacles or are bumpy pathways or in extreme cases, filled with water holes.
